In any browser but Safari go to crosspoint.tv/staffemail.
Once Your Info is filled out use CTRL C to copy the preview.
Open your Gmail account. Click on settings
Scroll down to settings and click to open
Scroll down to Signature block and paste in your new signature (CTRL V). Click above the signature and hit enter 2 times so the whole signature block shows up.
Similar process for Outlook or mail.
