Simply visit verizonwireless.com/discount and it will bring you to a “register your line” page and they can enter in their work address and then link it to their account.
Just a note, some of you may have this discount through a spouse or a second job, unfortunately you will have to choose one discount or the other. Nothing with AT&T but I keep asking.
