To pull a list of parents of certain group members (especially kids or students groups where you would need to communicate with the Parents instead of the children), start on the groups page: https://my.crosspoint.tv/ministryplatform/#/322
1. Search for and Select your groups....ALWAYS choose 'Start New Selection' when prompted...otherwise you may pick up another group that you aren't' trying to email.
***Don't forget SELECTIONS ARE STICKY!!! Check the # in the bottom right of the screen to make sure you've got only the groups you want selected.
2. Leave these groups selected and go to the Contacts Page:
3. On the Contacts page, go to the drop-down box next to In View and select 'Parents of Group Members':
4. Click to select all of your parents...DON'T FORGET ABOUT STICKY SELECTIONS...ALWAYS CHOOSE START A NEW SELECTION WHEN PROMPTED!!!
Now you can run the New Message Tool and email your parents :)
