How to Delete a Position in Planning Center
Open Services and go to the Plans or Teams page.
Select the Team you want to edit (e.g., Middle School Leaders).
In the left panel under POSITIONS, click on the specific position/grade level you want to remove (e.g., 6th Grade Boys).
Near the top right of the main section, click the ⚙️ Settings (gear/cog) icon next to the Add person button.
Select Delete position from the dropdown menu and confirm.
