How to Manually Add a Milestone in Ministry Platform

Follow these steps to manually add a baptism milestone to a participant's record when check-in on the iPad was missed:

  1. Navigate to the Participant Record
    Open the target participant's record in Ministry Platform.

  2. Open the Milestones Tab
    Click on the Milestones tab located on the participant's record.

  3. Add a New Milestone
    Click the + New Milestone Assignment button.

  4. Fill In the Required Parameters
    Enter the exact parameters below:

    • Milestone: Baptism

    • Participant: [Participant Name]

    • Program: Baptism

    • Date Accomplished: [Date of Baptism]

    • Event / Witness: Leave Blank

    • At Prior Church: No
