Using FastPass for check-in is as easy as 1, 2, 3…



  1. Download the CrossPoint.tv app from the Apple or Android app store. Open the Cross Point app, sign in using your phone number, and click on “check in with FastPass” at the top
  2. Click on the checkboxes beside the child(ren) that you want to check in, and click “create FastPass” at the bottom of the screen. (NOTE: You will need to create a new QR code for each event. If a child you are expecting to check in does not appear in your list, this means we have not received your registration for that child.)
  3. Scan the QR code that populates at the check in computer and grab your tags that print.


FastPass for Checkin Troubleshooting

If QR will not generate for the user usign fastpass:

- Have user close and reopen the app on their device.

- have user log out and back in


If fast pass QR was generated but not working:

- is time during early or late checkin? FastPass honors the Check-in window on the Event record, as defined by the Early Check-in and Late Check-in Periods. So if the Early Check-in Period is 30 minutes and the Late Check-in Period is 10 minutes, FastPass becomes available 30 minutes before the start of the Event and stays visible until 10 minutes after the start of the Event.

- has the event participant been checked in already? You can check this by manually pulling up the person at the checkin screen or enter unattended mode to reprint a tag.
