If stickers are not printing and it isn't a "printer issue" (ie. jammed, network etc.) you can double check that the printer settings, campus and events are correct in Check in Suite.
- Enter temporary attended mode: Shift key along with the 8
Then, enter the attendant password (lowercase) cp27 and click Submit.
2. Select "SETTINGS"
3. Make sure "Printer Settings" are set to Zdesigner... printer and Print Labels are CP Kids or Students default Label set 4x2 Zebra as shown below. IF this is not set click on the circle button with 3 dots (where the arrow is pointing) and go to step 4.
4. Here you can change the "Label Set" to either CP Kids Default label set 4x2 Zebra Or CP Students Default label set 4x2 Zebra according to the event.
5. Or you can change "Printer Name" *Should be set to "ZDesigner" if set to anything other than "ZDesigner....." it will need to be changed.
If all that is correct and it still won't print check to make sure it is pulling for the correct event
1. Go into unattended mode Shift along with 8
and enter password as shown above.
This time, select the "HOME" button
2. Make sure "Campus" is where ever YOU are (***unless this is for camp check in, in which case campus needs to be set as "churchwide"***) and "Events" is All Events in Kids, Students
